-Upholding of all guild values and rules is required of all members. There are no exceptions whether you are a member of the game or the guild for 4 days, 4 months or 4 years. All members must maintain the values of the guild.
-Participate in guild events. You are expected to take place in as many of them as is conveniently possible. We understand people have lives and cannot live within the online world - and that is ok. However, if you are online and we are having a guild event of some sort, you need to be there and participating in it.
-Leadership roles in ENNO are decided based on demonstrated ability and availability/necessity of the position. You can be assured that your leaders are working hard to make the game more fun for you. While the reason behind every decision may not always be apparent at the moment an order is issued, all orders from guild leader and officer need to be immediately followed.
-We are comrades. Aways back up your guildmates, and we will do the same to you. As a member of ENNO, you understand that sometimes personal character sacrifice is needed for the team to complete a mission. If you can bring something to a guild raid, help with an event, or provide assistance to a fellow member, do what you can.
-Any issues with guild policies are brought directly to the Guild Master. Publically bashing or complaining about them is not tolerated.
-Backstabbing, ninja looting (taking drop items from monsters another player killed while that player is busy fighting another monster), scamming or otherwise harming other members is not permitted. Similarly, insulting, degrading or otherwise disrespectful language against another member is not permitted unless it is in clear jest and infrequent. Always be honest and trustworthy. Actively working against the guild on any mission will result in immediate and permanent removal.
-Remember that your actions with outsiders reflects on the guild. Be respectful in pickup groups and act appropriately. Treat all other players with due respect, and do not be unnecessarily insulting or otherwise disrespectful or untrustworthy. Never backstab or scam another player.
-Spamming the guild chat, being offensive to anyone in the guild chat, or sending links to inappropriate content is not permitted. Links to content intended to startle or scare readers can be posted so long as they come after a clear warning as to the content of the site the link goes to.
-Being clearly insulting or otherwise disrespectful if help is not immediately forthcoming for quests or dungeon runs is not allowed. Sometimes other people are busy, and we cannot always have someone available to help you at all times. However, all members are expected to help out other members when it is not greatly detrimental to their goals.
-If you are able to play Mabinogi, then you have access to the internet and are required to join our website at
https://enno.forumotion.com/. There announcements are made, a marketplace is established, and many other guild services are available.
-It is highly advised that you at least register yourself as a user on Skype and join our ENNO Notice Board. There announcements and alerts posted to that Notice Board, and it is otherwise silent. However, a continous guild chat is established on Skype as well, and joining it is optional and advised. If you register on Skype at all, it is required that you add both the officer and the guild leader to your contacts list.
-ENNO is a guild of members that support one another, and to do this you have to be online. ENNO members must be online at least once every 2 weeks to maintain membership in the guild, and infrequent activity (activity other than at least approximately a few hours every couple of days) will lead to conversations with the guild master. An unexcused absence lasting longer than three weeks results in removal from the guild.
-Lastly, on the official ENNO website there is an application for guild membership. All members must have a character they play often on the Nexon NA Alexina server in order to join, and must submit the aplication located on the website. All members who join ENNO must join the website and submit the application, including those members who have joined before the application was instituted.
