Well if they're too lazy to sign up are you sure you should sort of force them? As far as I've seen forums are just meant for fun 8D Guild meetings and all that you can just alert the guild early in guild chat or something. Also depends if they will ever post at all (My guild's forum has about half it's Forum Population as 0 post lurkers :'>)

We get a lot of "I wasn't here when that was announced". If they post on forums or at least check daily it can clear up a lot of confusion when the guild event or meeting comes. but yes it is for fun but It can also make things a lot easier as well

Well it's usually general knowledge in my guild that we have a meeting/event (usually anyways) every week after banquet, and they don't really mind what guild event it is. So short notice isn't really important in our case.

We can't blame them. I mean they are active in game but dont want to log on forum, there are also some that went to vacation, work, or doesn't log on mabi much they might say that though. We should just note them (at least for the last time) the guild's forum then if they don't want to join either then that's their loss can't help it.

In fact, I have have noted certain people more than once since the guild chat kept distracting me and i lost track.. LOL

I ses we should require it on the enterance, i meen sign up for it then you let them in the guild.
It would be good for all the anouncments/ upcomin events, and everyone will know wahts goings on Neutral
